I am currently the Managing Director of Volstrukt LLC. I sit on the board of Vindico Retail and am a non-executive director for POP Retail. Volstrukt is an Austin Texas-based company that provides small home solutions to customers all across the United States. In the few years that Volstrukt has been in business, we have provided over 800 custom tiny homes and small home projects to developers, contractors, and Do-it-yourself home builders. We are working hard to deliver a scalable housing solution that can make a dent in the shortage of small homes which is one of the major drivers of the ever-worsening US housing crisis.Vindico Retail provides specialty project management services to many of the world's largest and most exciting retail and airport projects. We started the company in 2002, with offices in San Jose, Ca, and London, however the bulk of our recent work has been across the Middle East. We currently have offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, as well as Qatar and Oman and we have recently added offices in India and Saudi Arabia where some of world's next great retail schemes are being developed.POP Retail was started at the end of 2011 in response to the Global Financial Crisis' effect on the retail industry. We developed a shop-fabricated, modular retail shop that is designed to be deployed on a temporary basis within inactive or vacant retail spaces. A typical "Pocket Shop" can be installed in about 48 hours and removed in just 6 hours. Prior to starting Vindico Retail I worked in the Retail Property Industry. I have spent most of my career delivering retail on some of the most significant retail schemes around the world. In California, I worked with the Irvine Company on Fashion Island and the Irvine Spectrum as a young Tenant Coordinator. I then worked for Lend Lease on the expansion of Fashion Valley in San Diego as an Assistant Director of Construction followed by Bluewater in London and Tres Aquas in Madrid. In 2000 I moved back to the US to work on Santana Row for Federal Realty.
