With over 15 years of experience in the specialty chemical industry, I have developed a strong expertise in the lithium-ion battery market, where niobium plays a key role in enhancing the performance, safety, and sustainability of battery cells and materials.In my current role, I am responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining B2B customer accounts across the APAC region. I also lead the commercial strategy to increase the growth of niobium product sales among selected OEMs, battery cell, cathode, and anode manufacturers. Previously, I worked on new business development and product innovation for various market segments, including battery additives, lubricating oils, water-borne coating systems, and plastic resins.As a passionate and entrepreneurial leader, I am motivated by making positive societal and environmental impacts, and I believe in the power of cross-pollination across industries, cultures, and experiences to solve problems and create new opportunities.
