As part of the R&D team, I help on the development and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions within our company . My role involves a mix of data science and software development skills, using various machine learning techniques to build scalable models that drive impactful results. Designing and implementing models that extract insights from complex datasets, including open-source data, press releases, investor reports, and clinical trial information.Developing and managing automation pipelines with tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Airflow, ensuring efficient project deployment and smooth operation.Overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring, with a focus on maintaining automation and scalability.Utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to filter, summarize, and extract valuable insights from large volumes of data to support clinical and corporate decision-making.

Reponsible of managing a team of Data Scientists and creating observability and Artificial Intelligence solutions to provide insights of the data of, both product and internal resources.Using advanced SQL queries for Data Extraction.Advance knowledge on multiple algorithms and ability to implement the best methodological approach in a given project. Mostly focused on Neural Networks as well as more simple Machine Learning models. Design and deployment of ETL solutions.Development and assessment of Data Mining and Machine Learning models.Experience on AWS to automate the train and deploy of the models.Developing RNN to detect anomaly behavior on the use of company's products. Using NLP to process written text feedback from customers. Some Experience with Transformers aswell.Knowledge on DL frameworks as TensorFlow, pytorch and keras.Deploying models using Docker to automate the deployments of models.Developing CI/CD environments to make the deployment of new versions faster.
