Participation in the development of ITER project providing technical support to F4E Diagnostics team in theperformance of mechanical engineering activities, in particular, specifications according projectrequirements for manufacturing, manufacturing and testing.Involvement in implementation and follow-up of work carried out by F4E Suppliers, contributions to F4Eobligations to Iter Organization, as well as contributions to reporting to F4E Management, including:• Contribution to the preparation, review and handling of documents, such as design, CAD, engineering,testing, manufacturing, interfaces, project management, reporting and quality assurance. Reviewand follow-up of working schedules prepared by other F4E Suppliers, contribute to identifying,assessing and monitoring project risks, support in the performance of documentation managementactivities, support in performing cost assessment and cost control activities, etc.• Elaborating the technical specifications for the manufacturing and procurement of mechanicalsystems, raw materials or engineering services besides the requirement verification process for allthe works.• Actively follow-up the contracts for the tasks mentioned above, ensure the propagation andverification of the requirements, review contract deliverables of work packages within the framecontract, etc.• Collaborate in technical evaluations to the tenders involved in raw material provision, manufacturingand testing services, etc.• Critical review of design with respect to engineering aspects.• Technical and administrative contributions to the design and the manufacturing reviews phases.• Assistance to the F4E Responsible Officers in the review of technical reports.

Final responsible for the quality control, quality assurance and certification of the manufactured equipment (pressure vessels for different uses). Certification according ASME "U" Stamp, Cat I to IV in accordance with 2014/68 / EU, CSA B51, etc. - Review and validate all corresponding documents or registers such as mechanical calculations, reports of non-destructive tests reports, drawings, works or welding procedures and welders' qualifications, Inspection Test Plan, P&ID, etc.- Review non-destructive testing (NDE) and heat treatment after welding (PWHT) works as well as all the subcontracting works required according to the code of calculation or customer requirements. - Evaluation and validation of the subcontractor’s procedures for mentioned tasks. Carry on a monitoring of subcontracted tasks. - Lead Hydrostatic tests (PH) according to the relevant regulations or code calculation along with internal procedure.- Writing technical specifications for raw material purchases (according ASME sec. II, EN) and review the final purchase order for the pressure boundary materials and parts.- Ensure the final certification and attend the authorized inspector of the notified body. - Attending and reporting to the auditors team by customers' third parties.- Negotiate with customers the set of engineering documentation established to elaborate according to their demands.- Review all manufacturing, design documentation and registers required by the contracting party. - Certify the compliance with regulations and customer requirements upon the manufactured pressure equipment. Validate finished equipment before shipping.Attend external audits for the renewal of the ASME "U STAMP" and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Perform internal audits to other departments.Control and maintenance of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015. Responsibility above materials' reception, validation and traceability maintenance procedure.
