My main role is to lead the technical participation of Ericsson in the 5Tonic open research and innovation laboratory. This includes the definition of the 5G System architecture provided by Ericsson (5G NR, 5G Core network and cloud/edge environments) and the participation in public and privates projects that use the 5Tonic infrastructure

As product owner, my main responsability is to be the bridge between product development and product management.I am the technical lead of the team that implements the business requirements and I have to guarantee the right translation of businees strategies into efficient product development. For that, I capture the business requirements received from our product line or directly from our customers, I assign priorities based on those needs and the internal capability and I am the responsible of traslating those requirements to the development team.The area that I am leading is the development of a new Ericsson solution that allows to use multiple network accesses (e.d DSL and LTE) at the same time.

Area Product Owner of the Deep Packet Inspection solution.As product owner, my main responsibility is to manage the requirement coming from customers or our product managers, in order to understand and define the priorities of our development program.Also, I am acting as product owner of the Evolved Packet Gateway (EPG), which integrates the DPI solution.

Area Product Owner of the Service Aware Support Node (SASN, standalone DPI solution).As product owner, my main responsibility were to manage the requirement coming from customers or our product managers, in order to understand and define the priorities of our development program.During this period, I was involved in the development of the first releases of virtual SASN, which was part of the virtual Evolved Packet Core solution of Ericsson.

System manager in Ericsson Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solution.As system manager, I worked in an Ericsson R&D unit in the functional definition of the Service-Aware Support Node (SASN), the Ericsson's DPI standalone solution. My main responsibilities included the analysis and study of customer's requirements, as well as other requirements coming from Product Area, for identifying the impact in our product and the new requirements to be developed by design teams.I was also involved, as system manager technical coordinator, in the virtualization of DPI solution into a VNF, which was included in the virtual Evolved Packet Core of Ericsson.

Solution architect specialized in Revenue Management area, specifically in Online Charging Systems for fixed and mobile telecommunication companies.As member of the Product Management team my main goal is to define the product roadmap, according to the requirements received from several Telefonica operators (South America and Europe). Some activities are as follows: Finding an agreement with the customers and Telefonica Corporate regarding the scope of new requirements and also the technical solution.I also participate in the pre-sales projects or RFQ/RFI processes, as technical specialists, with the aim of introducing the product in new Telefonica business units or to introduce new services or technologies for our current customers.With experience in dealing with international projects (Americas and Europe), focused on OSS/BSS projects in large fixed/mobile operators, providing solutions in several segments: Prepaid, postpaid, corporate users, MVNO environments, M2M. Experience in pre-sales projects and also in delivery projects.

Expert on the Telefónica Online Charging System (OCS). Interfaced with Telefónica Business Units for analyzing their new business requirements, defining the required features of the OCS and generating high level designs of the new features.Involved in the introduction of the Telefónica Online Charging System solution in the O2 mobile companies (Swap-out projects in O2 Ireland and O2 Germany).

For six years I was part of the Telefónica Technologic team and I took part in the introduction of new services and technologies. As a requirement of this position I had to work with internal clients (Product and Marketing areas, Prepaid, Postpaid and Corporate segments) in order to analyze the requirements of the new products and/or technologies, regarding the rating and charging topics. Also required to specify the high level design of new required features and to coordinate the new features with the Online Charging System provider (TI+D) and the Movistar's testing teams.Also involved in the definition of non-functional requirements for ensuring the availability and resilience of the business critical system: SLA agreements, definition of the monitoring and high availability architecture.

Involved in the development of the Telefónica Prepaid charging system. Implicated in the development of the Prepaid Management tool and in the Online charging of SMS service.
