From the USA to South Africa to Australia & NZ, the only thing they have in common is language, sort of..!In both my personal and professional lives I constantly apply the Kaizen approach of making little improvements frequently and making them a habit. Ongoing changes when compounded make a significant difference and are often overlooked as people are always on the hunt for the next big thing or change. I often see Sales people looking for and focussing on the next big deal to come in, the break through meeting or getting distracted by what they think are quick wins (Shortcuts). In reality being successful is all about doing the basics well and with purpose, following a repeatable plan and measuring the outcomes. This is where I excel, using data and management information to identify what’s going on in the business and the sales teams. Understanding the historic performance and what the future trends look like to identify the small changes need that will give significant growth. Always looking to make it as easy as possible for sales people to achieve their quotas and make their Affiliates more effective and efficient. That’s the goal.
