Designing internal- and external-facing touchpoints for AFS Intercultural Programs and its 61 network organizations worldwide. Worked closely with the Marketing and Events teams to create branding and collateral material for conferences and trainings in different countries. Maintained the @afsprograms Instagram account by creating images, GIFs, and stories to promote the organization's mission and drive sales/applications.

Designing both print and digital media for clients ranging from small start-ups to national organizations. Designity offers a platforms where potential clients can select the designer they'd like to work with based on portfolio and designer applications. I have been selected to work with client projects often related to branding identity. Some of the deliverables include: logos, brochures, stationery systems, websites, white papers and investor pitch decks.

Thoroughly learned new record software to train and transition the organization from a paper chart to a fully capable electronic health record. Worked closely with consultants to customize and fix software for agency needs. Wrote an active online software manual specific to the agency’s needs. Currently, I train clinicians and medical staff on the software and serve as the agency’s internal consultant for troubleshooting software issues.

Established extensive manual for Annual Appeal employees. Created and maintained batch order filing system with more than 10,000 donor records. Worked closely with Development to resolve donor gift discrepancies. Temporarily assisted the Fulcrum Foundation with their database management of donor registration and gifts.
