Globe Motors is a designer and manufacturer of fractional horsepower DC motors and motorized devices. With offices in Dayton, Ohio, and plants in Dayton, Alabama, Mexico and Portugal, it serves the automotive, military and aerospace markets with custom designed motion control solutions.- Led a department of five engineering groups consisting of 50 designers, engineers, technicians and managers. - Responsible for department organizational design, procedural design, software and hardware design tool selection, all product designs, from blank sheet through launch, and production support. - Extensive customer interaction and collaboration with Sales.Prior to 2002, other positions held at Globe Motors included: Senior Project Engineer, Engineering Supervisor, Program Manager and Engineering Section Manager.

API Gettys was a designer and manufactured of servo motor systems. Worked to design and launch a new frameless servo motor line.

Responsible for design and release of fractional horsepower DC motors for the automotive industry. Applications included ABS, window lift and transfer case shifting.

Design motors for the automotive industry for power seats and for ABS. Also responsible for writing the software for end of line testers and in-process sub-assembly testers.
