My lovely coworkers have reminded me that I was, and to them still am, "the original" voice of Webex!It was my voice you heard when you joined or departed the audio teleconference. I also recorded all IVR voice prompts and phone navigation for Sales and Technical Support.My voice has been heard by literally millions of Webex users, and being able to fulfill that role when our company was coming up was honestly a huge thrill for me.

Netcom was one of the earliest point-of-presence internet providers in the era of dial up internet access over customer phone lines. As Supervisor of Technical Support I managed the daily operations of a 24/7 team of 15+ front-line agents. My role included constant employee training, hiring, documentation writing, working with our support outsource partner (SEI in Greeley Colorado) and a myriad of other day-to-day activities around running a high-volume support center.
