Management staffing areas as Safety, security, HR, continuos improvement, metrics, engineering.- Lead of operations( inbound/ outbound), 525k units received in day, 350k of units packed in a day, 175k of shipments shipped.- Put to wall process implementation(mechanization of packing process)- Mezaninne implementation without fail our promise customer (99.5% of SLA)- Tote lifts implementation(mechanization of process to up and down totes from diferentes levels of mezaninne)- Peakseason Planning( hostsale, Buen fin, cyber monday, christmas)- Conveyors implementation( to move shipments from packing area to stage are)- Protocols COVID implementation in a FC with 5800 FTE and 100k of m2- KPI implementation to improve the Quality of the process - Cost per shipment reduction in a 5%- trainees program lead( develop of future area managers)

Reporting to the Manager, multiple assignments such as in charge of WMS implementations, continuous improvement implementations, and lead of starups of customers from different sectors(Consumer, LS&HC, retail). Responsible for the project plan development and execution, PNOs Developments, hiring and training people, lay out and productivities validations, KPIs implementations.

Reporting to the first and second line of leadership, multiple assignments such as releasing waves of orders, cycle count, KPIs reporting, leading teams of picking, etc.
