Luxembourg Financial Markets Association• Responsible for the promotion of the association and its events through social media and internal communications to members• Create summary reports of major geopolitical events and their market implications to be distributed to members.• Confirm topics for board meetings and prepare and distribute agendas• Record and transcribe minutes of Board Meetings to be distributed to Board Members • Suggest topics for future events to be discussed at Board meetings• Contact possible connections and partners for LFMA events• Prepare and upload LFMA’s podcast to be distributed to members• Update and distribute membership fees invoices to all members• Led an initiative to create and distribute branded face masks to our members and other associates in an effort to promote mask-wearing in Luxembourg during Covid-19• Worked with LFMA’s filmmaker to gather footage and consulted on the content of promotional videos for the association and its activities• Traveled to Frankfurt in order to assist in the filming and organization of a joint virtual conference with a Financial Markets Association in Germany• Prepare and distribute annual letters to members including membership cards, a breakdown of our activity YTD, and invoices for annual membership fees
