Resilient, flexible, focused, I am open to deal with each element a business is made of: people, processes and technology.I worked as a Project Engineer in a valve company for almost 5 years gathering an insight of all the processes in valve manufacturing, from kick-off of an order to after-sale support.During this experience I've played the role of job coordinator for many orders acting a single point of interaction between my company and customers. The typicality of my role has improved my skills on a wide variety of different areas like: negotiations with customers, contract review, hosting of kick-off meetings, preparation of manufacturing reports, scheduling of third party/client inspections, submission of technical documents and management of customer's claims.I believe in collaboration with other people and I like to simplify the complexities in order to solve-out problems. "Gather data, sort them out, analyze and think before act” is my favourite approach on problem solving. I'm a good data finder and I like being accurate and investigate everything in detail.I am the kind of person capable of withstanding stressful situations as my usual approach is to calm down, take a deep breath and keep working with my nose to the grindstone until I have reached the target. I am a good listener, I like being in contact with people from all over the world, appreciate their peculiarities and understand their needs.
