Marco is Senior Advisor at GEA Management Consulting and Senior Partner at GEA International (company dedicated to Cross-border Initiatives), leading Strategy and Operations Engagements, International Development Initiatives and Merger and Acquisitin Projects.In this position, he supports Italian and International Groups in developing domestic and international markets, and investing in growing companies (China, India, Europe, US).Over more than twenty five years, Marco has worked with Italian and International Companies in Global Development and Transformation Programs, leading cross-competence engagements and developing management and consulting experiences.Before joining GEA, he was Senior Director (Partner level) at William George Group, leading the Italian Office and closely working with China and India Offices.Prior to that, he was Vice President at Capgemini Italy, with the position of Integrated Value Chain and Procurement Transformation Leader. He was Member of the Global Supply Chain Network and Member of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence.Before joining Capgemini, he was in consulting with Deloitte and Roland Berger, and Project Manager in Chemical, Energy and Steel industries.Marco holds a Master Degree in Nuclear Engineering and a MBA from MIP-Politecnico di Milano.
