With my teammates, I designed classes based on experiential learning (main theorist David A. Kolb, early 1970s), Classes ranged from Diversity Management to soft skills and from safety in the workplace to the green revolutin, and a fair number of them has already been approved by senior instructors and is on their way to be part of Forema new catalogue. In a earlier phase, I conducted researches on Forema's competitors and got acquainted with lean manufacturing principles and theories.

Marco worked under me as an intern during the months of June and July 2011 at the Braille Institute. The Braille Institute provides a variety of classes Monday through Friday for persons who have a visual impairment, including persons who are totally blind.Marco and I worked on developing a new program that Braille is offering specifically geared towards Young Adults with visual impairment. During his two month internship with us, Marco audited certain of our classes and worked on the aforementioned project with me five days a week, six hours a day. As part of his responsibilities, Marco researched names of appropriate persons and organizations in the community with whom we could partner; initiated contact with these potential resources; brainstormed with me and other staff on different areas to include in the program; wrote up initial drafts describing program proposals; did computer research to pinpoint websites particularly useful to our young adults, as well as, much more. Marco also spent some of his time volunteering to help Braille students with their computer skills.All of the staff at Braille found Marco to be a pleasure to work with and truly invaluable in his contributions to the Young Adult program. Marco has strong skills: he takes initiative, works well on his own, he is a creative thinking, has excellent communications skills both written and verbal, is good team player and he is advanced in his computer skills.I would highly recommend Marco for any endeavor he undertakes.
