I participate in IBGC as an associate member and carry out the following activities: Networking - I participate in dialogues (IBGC Dialoga) to exchange experience; and other courses / events to continue learning about corporate governance.

- Reporting directly to IBM's Global Executive of Pricing and dotted line to the unit's Global GM and CFO, I was responsible for managing the global pricing strategy for offers / financing alternatives for IBM's customers and business partners ($11 billion in new volumes per year).- Responsible for managing the global pricing methodology, I led a broad standardization / simplification project, improving efficiency (measured by response time) by 20% and implementing more effective and standardized control points and performance indicators.- Led a team of 50 professionals responsible for price of all financing transactions in 42 countries in different cultural, economic and market environments.- Managed the methodology and residual value portfolio (key element in financing), monitoring the concentration of products and customers, recovery and future risk of equipment obsolescence.

- Reporting directly to the unit's Global CFO and IBM's Regional CFO, I led, directly and indirectly, a team of 6 managers and 80 professionals in the areas: finance, pricing, credit, governance and compliance.- Working as financial trust advisor for the unit's General Manager, we were able to develop and implement a solid strategic plan for the region, having achieved consistent portfolio growth while maintaining the risk level and exceeding profitability targets.- Responsible for the financial statements (USGAAP and Local GAAP) of the unit in Latin America, I exceeded financial targets in all periods. Solid experience in strategic planning, budgeting process, financial results, P&L control, opportunity analysis and risk mitigation.- Even under the pressure of operating in a high volatility region, I could manage smoothly the expectations of all stakeholders regarding quarterly results (actual x budgeted), always aligning the main risks and opportunities in advance.- Acting as Statutory Director of Banco IBM Brazil, I was able to maintain a high level of financial integrity in compliance with the regulations/controls of the Central Bank of Brazil.- Due to my recognized negotiation skills, since my time in credit area, I led debt renegotiations with the main problematic clients (over $5 million) in the region.- Winner of the IBM “Impact Leadership award” in 2021. Nominations were made by employees and the judging was done blindly by a panel of executives. I was recognized for promoting a culture of innovation and diversity. I created an innovation team within the finance team that was responsible for a series of internal development programs (“Yes, we did”, “We Coach”, “Game of Teams”).

- Reporting directly to the unit's CFO, I led a team of two managers and 10 analysts and was responsible for the entire finance-accounting interface.- Led, representing the finance area, the “Trek Project”, a spin off the financing unit with the creation of 7 new companies in 5 different countries (Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Peru). The project was successfully implemented in 18 months, and I was able to develop my ability to work in a team and my skills in taxes, local accounting, local regulation and human resources.- As Statutory Director of Operations at Banco IBM Brazil, he was responsible for the relationship with the Central Bank of Brazil and external stakeholders, including auditing.

- Reporting to the Global Head of Credit, I led a team of 2 managers and 30 analysts, responsible for analyzing credit for all IBM units in the region. - Led a project to simplify the credit process through the implementation of a credit scoring – 40% productivity gain.- Managing a portfolio of $2.0 billion, spread across 2,500 clients in Latin America, I was responsible for building the credit strategy for the region.- Led the centralization of credit activities for Latin America, Canada and the United States at the Shared Services Center (SSC) in Rio de Janeiro, which required cultural changes, organizational realignments and process redesign.- Visiting the main clients throughout Latin America, I was able to develop a solid network with clients, partners and stakeholders. Skills: ability to listen to customers, understand demands and have an open conversation.- I was recognized with the “Excellence in people management award”.

HP Financial Services is a captive company responsible for long term financing transactions for HP's customers.- Responsible for the elaboration of the credit policy for the government sector.- Leader in the integration process of Hewlett Packard Technology Finance and Compaq Financial Ser-vices (policies, procedures and portfolios).- Customizing the global credit policy for the Brazilian environment.- Participation in the development of a credit rating system for Latin America.
