I've more than 30 years of experience in ICT & management consulting, and I have enriched my skills with the following certifications: PMP and PRINCE2 (Project Management), IFPUG CFPS (Function Point), Scrum PSPO I, Scrum PSM I (Agile). From 2011 I'm a freelance, and I have developed strong partnership with consulting companies leader in IT Governance (HSPI), Software Measurement (DPO) and Agile Transformation (Inspearit). I'm also working as an independent senior consultant and trainer on project management and software measurement disciplines for many ICT companies (system integrators) and ICT customers (both in public and private market). Previously (Nov. 2006 - Sep. 2010) I was in charge as an Executive with the role of Solution Group Manager Government&Transportation in CSC Computer Sciences Corporation. Used to deal with business and organizational issues typical of dynamic and complex organizations.Last but not least... I earned 16 years (1991-2006) of experience in Etnoteam, working on ICT consulting activities for several projects and clients, particularly in Public Sector. Mainly focused on Project Management, IT Process Consulting, IT Quality Consulting.
