Keeping an active monitoring on service performance and evolution opportunities that can arise in the service delivery, I work closely with the customer's team as a "liason officer" between different organizations and stakeholders, trying to match business needs and technical aspect mostly by negotiating and translating different points of view. My problem-solving mindset and passion is my warranty of commitment toward the customer goals.In the recent past, I've covered mostly sales roles, form the initial experience as a Sales Representative in P&B an, later, as a Business Developer for Workplace Services BU where I had the possibility to learn a lot about service design, market positioning and negotiation thanks to the management of several big deals involving complex organizations and international landscapes.The next future will again challenge me in new learning paths, not because "we must get outside the comfort zone", but because I like it!
