I'm continuing my former role (Responsible of Italy, UK and Nordics Sales Engineering) in Nuance inside Microsoft organization (CSA Nuance Italy) about the Nuance products, as mainly contact center solutions and voice biometrics.

My role consists in understanding the Customer business, pain points, identifying positive business outcomes and gathering requirements for designing and estimating effective proposals and statement of works. Moreover it is necessary to prepare and present slide decks, workshops and demos of Nuance cutting edge solutions to Italy top Customers, UK and Nordics partners, for creating interest in Nuance products and services. Sometimes is also required to follow the customer/project after contract signing, acting as project manager.
