Being precision and logic two of my major strengths, I carry all tasks accurately and with enthusiasm, in a systematic structure to increase reliability and final quality. Inclined to team working and oriented for multi-disciplinary activities, I positively look for new opportunities and challenges.During my working experience, I focused on HW development and EMC testing, follow up of certification process, technical specification definition, concept and design support and organization and coordination of factory test.In the last part of my experience in OSRAM, I have participated and received the certification for a Design for Six-Sigma (DFSS) + Lean Green Belt and Project Management Essential courses. These courses and the experience on-the-job obtained leading a small team of 3 people, but also coordinating the interaction with several other departments, allowed me to improve my skills in project management.Now I am integrating my previous aptitude with the experience in customer support I am gaining as FAE.For this reason, considering my ability and inclination for inter-functional team working, I would positively look for improving additional skills like coordinating and supporting multiple project on different aspects (planning, marketing, quality, industrialization, customer and suppliers interaction), that would match perfectly with a role of Project Management and Planning.
