Coordinate the development of Plant WCM activities, following the roadmap for each technical pillar. Safety, Cost Deployment, Focused Improvement, Autonomous Activities (Autonomous Maintenance and Workplace Organization), Professional Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics and Customer Service, People Development, Early Equipment/Product Management, Energy, Environment. All the activities are moitored for each pillar by specific KPI/KAI.Managing directly the Focused Improvement Pillar, as project manager for major projects and coordinator for all improvement projects.Responsible for knowledge diffusion inside the plant for all WCM/Lean Best Practices and Extension Activities.

Manage the production of the 4 ETU into the assembly unit during the 1st and 2nd shift. Ensure production continuity into the shift change. Balance various production factors (people and mix) among the 4 ETU. The assembly unit has a capacity of 3500 transmission /day, and is composed by an automatic assembly line, a semi-manual assembly line and a test area.

Inside the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) system, responsible for the pillar Focused Improvement manages all the projects related to chronical and structural losses on the plant like NVAA, Minorstoppages, Speed Losses, Changeovers, Toolchanges. Directly project leader for major projects and responsible for the monitoring of all the others of the pillar.

Management of a Elementary Technological Unit (ETU) composed by 26 blue collars. Production unit in machining area (transmission C514), involving 5 production lines for specialities of: shafts (2), gears, aluminium, bronze components for an overall of 40 machines. Responsible for the targets of the production unit in terms of safety, quality, cost, production delivery and continuous improvement.

Definition and control of internal material flows applied on production lines and warehouse, logistic and packaging specification definition, warehouse location management, kit development, reception process efficiency control, C Classes consumption control.
