Current• Liaising with hiring managers and C-levels to define ideal profiles and competencies• Coaching hiring managers on competency-based interviews• Managing the entire recruiting process from junior to executive profiles (Rome and Milan)• Supporting the european Talent Partner on junior to mid-level roles (Brussels, Paris, and Berlin)• Mixing passive sourcing to head hunting of junior to executive profiles• Conducting behavioral interviews and supporting the definition of final offers• Collaborating with HR Business Partners to monitor and forecast recruiting needs• Acting as point of contact for schools and universities for employer branding activities
