Redaction of Inspection and Expediting Reports, Release Notes, Non Conformity Reports and follow-up until resolution.Performance of Pre Inspection Meetings, Pre Production Meetings, Kickoff Meetings.Review of documents and certificates against Customer’s specifications, requirements, applicable codes and standards.Review and approval of NDE tests procedures.

Management and drafting of the contract documentation requested by the customer relating to the scope of quality control: Inspection test plans, NDE procedures, pressure test procedures and related certification.Coordination and control of the execution of the inspections required by the control plan both internal and from suppliers.Supervision and responsibility during Witness activities in the presence of second and third part inspectors.Responsibility of external relations regarding Quality towards Customers, Certification Bodies and Third parties.Implementation and control of the company's quality processes to ensure compliance with the client's standards and specifications, both in terms of the process and the product.Management of processes of extension/renewal/implementation of required Company qualifications such as ISO,API,PED, SIL.Internal activity of personnel training regarding NDE tests.Good knowledge of most common used specifications for valves design and testing (API 598, ISO 5208, ISO 15848, API 6A & 6D, ASME B16.34)

Evaluation, coordination and scheduling of inspections concerning non-destructive tests, acceptance tests and final tests between Customer and Supplier.Expediting activities for the Customer, support activities for the Supplier regarding the documentation and the actions related to the order. Performing non-destructive tests.Sending quotation requests to Supplier and processing offer for Customer regarding the supply of Valves and piping material.

Drafting, coordination and programming of documentation and inspections relating to non-destructive tests and final tests according to internal standards, applicable codes (ASME-API ...) and customer specifications: NDT procedures, pressure tests procedures, quality control plans. Customer specific evaluation for contract review. Relations with customers during meetings and inspectors management.

Realization of procedures and operating instructions for Pressure Tests & non-destructive tests (VT-PT-MT-UT-RT). Drafting of Quality Control Plans.
