I am Marco Besana, a management student at ESCP Business School, currently serving as Managing Partner and CFO at SpeakElite, and as Student Ambassador at ESCP.As Co-Founder and CFO of SpeakElite, an innovative start-up in the education and entertainment sectors, I lead finance and investor relations and serve as a member of the board of directors. Additionally, my role as the Deputy President of the largest tutoring association at ESCP, and as a Student Ambassador has allowed me to lead major projects from inception to completion, supporting both fellow students and the school's stakeholders.The highly international and demanding nature of my programme has given me the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds on challenging and stimulating topics, significantly improving my ability to collaborate effectively in high-stakes circumstances.
