I work on the development of innovative applications related to the world of probiotics and latest generation concepts for the world of live biotherapeutic products. With the start-up Probionova, an innovative research and development company about the human microbiome, specialized in applying the latest discoveriesscientific studies in the sector, I am in charge of expanding the range of products based on beneficial microorganisms for: ✅ the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis, with a focus on metabolic syndrome and diabetes✅ the treatment of urogenital dysbiosis to improve reproductive health✅ the food biotechnology sector, with particular reference to new generation supplements and nutraceuticals alongside precision medicine. 💊 Among my achievements: the participation to an European project about the study and the applications of probiotic bacteria, which ended with the filing of a patent application for a new microencapsulation process.
