Durante il periodo di tirocinio ho affiancato il dipartimento di ricerca e sviluppo del gruppo Ro.El.Mi.In particolare grazie al mio contributo tecnico scientifico l'azienda ha potuto intraprendere e avviare due nuove attività di ricerca: formulazione di nuovi integratori nutraceutici a base di probiotici microincapsulati;sviluppo di sinergie antimicrobiche per l'industria cosmetica "green/naturale" e senza parabeni.
