• Projects:• Union group building - At el obour city • Uptown Cairo project (subcontractor for orascom)• Mivida project (subcontractor for orascom)My tasks and responsibilities included:• Supervise the site with full management of manpower, material and equipment resources.• Preparing internal architectural treatments alternatives to fulfill the needs• Correspondence with external entities (Designers, suppliers...) concerning design development and details initiation• Preparing take off for the project including the estimate cost for each item.• Checking of subcontractor invoices and issue Subcontractor payment certificates• Involve in finalization of commercial tenders and cost estimates, cost control analysis, cost trends evaluation, cost data studies, bid evaluations and recommendations, evaluate payment applications and recommend approval of engineer's certification.• Prepare and oversee independent cost estimates for comparison with designer and/or Owner’s estimates • Make the comparison sheets for the offers of subcontractors regarding Civil and Finishing items

To notify / record additional works, variation, site instructions, uncharted time and cost related obstructions.• Checking of works, follow up with consultants for approvals (R.F.A’s). To follow up manpower / material/plant/resources. To supervise foremen/ subcontractor, for timely completion of works. • Laying of Water/Irrigation/ Sewerage/ Lowering /Protection of Etisalat, HV, LV Cables/Duct. Earthwork / sub base / road base /asphalt/kerb stone.
