> Management of communication flows between customers/commercial department on one side and technical department on the other> Coordination of remote service testing and technical teams reorganization Projects> Planning and scheduling of activities on the service infrastructure

> Operational coordination of the assistance process for Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks brands, with focus on international cases in the FRIT markets (France and Italy)> Monthly analysis/ reporting on dealer network performance> Part of the team in charge of reviewing and proposing new case escalation procedures
