After several months spent as an independent seller for the brand and some tactical successes earned in French- (i.e. Eldora, 13*PAMValais) and in German-speaking Switzerland (i.e. Coop@home, Prodega) it was clear that sales efforts could be supported by a sharper commercial strategy including retail. From October 2017, my role as a Sales Accelerator included the follow-up of key account customers (i.e. Coop, Manor, Aligro) and the co-management of the national sales team, together with one of the company's three co-founders.
