In the latest years as a Microsoft employee I have held support and consulting roles in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform world, gaining significant experiences that have led me to achieve important goals in the creation of solutions for Enterprise customers and achieving the qualification of Solutions Architect on Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.I deal with the Customer Engagement area covering all the Dynamics 365 modules of this product line (Marketing, Sales, Service, FieldService) with particular focus on the Customer Insights modules for the creation of the Customer Data Platform, and of Mixed Reality for the creation of Remote Assistance systems with D365 Remote Assist and training on the job with D365 Guides.
