Reporting to the CEO I was the Technical Accounting Manager of Coverall (MGA of Aon Reinsurance). In charge to study and design the accounting processes to ensure the level of service was appropriate to meet clients demands as well as internal business and reporting needs

Reporting to the Technical Accounting Director I was responsible for the Marine Facultative of the whole client servicing process:Contracts issueBordereaux ans statements of accounts processingManagement of accouting and financial situationsDefinition of the technical accounting procedures including the development and optimization of the accounting process flow with cedants and reinsurers.Coordination of the administration activities covered by Aon Benfield as Lloyd's broker and Lloyd's Coverholder Cosolidated experience in the processing with the London MarketThe role involves the coordination of a team consisting of 6 people.As responsible for the project I was in charge of :- 2000-2002 the start up and development of the In House database for the fac. marine- 2004 the moving of the marine fac. back office operations from Genoa to Milan and the relevant reform of the operational procedures- From 2003 (when Aon Benfield became Lloyd's broker) of a pilot project for the creation and development of the procedures for the servicing and technical accounting, including claims collections, necessary to liaise with the market and XIS/XCS through the platforms CLASS/ECF and IMR. The project had started with marine facultative only and was subsequently extended to others lines of business. This allowed Aon Re Italia to be the first Italian Lloyd’s broker to execute the premium/claim processing with London without the intervention of a local Uk broker.

In the position reporting to the Credit Manager I was responsible of the following activities: Control and recovery of the credits towards the publis entities of 8 italian regions. (increased to 11 from dec. 99).My role included the coordination of one assistant and the achievement of targets linked to both individual and team performances.
