Marco has a degree and a PhD in industrial engineering. He started in the wind business of ERG in European Asset Management, coming from the oil refining business. He was leading the Production Optimization dept. focused on the predictive maintenance on ERG Assets all around Europe. The predictive maintenance concept inside ERG Power Generation starts with the monitoring of the CMS and SCADA, but also involves the complete chain, including: on site endoscope and vibration inspections, spare parts management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance: all these activities and skills are completely integrated and internalized inside ERG Power Generation. In this way EPG operates and maintains his complete fleet in Italy and of a large part of the European fleet. Currently as Head of central operation management and efficiency is leading the predictive maintenance process for the wind and solar asset and the strategic planning and technological improvement for the wind and solar business unit of ERG.Ho is involved as Project Manager and Project Leader for Energy Storage projects in ERG.Other Specialties: Fuel cell modelling Refinery simulation for planning and investment evaluations
