I have almost 20 years’ experience at NTT DATA Italia, and have spent the majority of that time working directly with the insurance sector. As a client manager, I help global insurance firms harness our technology to modernise and open up new business opportunities.Our clients often need us to develop tailored solutions for specific challenges, and it’s my role to oversee this process. That might involve delivering an AI tool that helps identify potential fraud, or creating a mobile app to enhance the customer experience. Before becoming a client manager at NTT DATA, I was involved in software development and project management, and led a team of around 80 people. Today, I’m able to use my technical background to offer in-depth advice to our clients, and explain exactly how our technologies can transform their business. The insurance sector is constantly changing, so I make sure to stay up to date with the latest innovations, trends and industry success stories. It keeps my thinking fresh and means that I’m able to constantly take new ideas to my clients. I love discovering new technology, and spend a lot of time researching areas such as AI, and IoT. In my free time, you’ll often find me trekking and skiing in the mountains, or taking one of my drones out for a flight.
