Degree in Economics and Management, Master Degree in Financial Management and Internal Control in Local Governments. Sustainable Development Manager. More than 10 years experience in coordinating and managing European Projects (Interreg, IEE, Europaid, IPA, LIFE), mainly focus on Sustainable Development, Energy and Climate Change (mitigation/adaptation issues). He currently works as Project Manager within the ACT project (www.actlife.eu, budget 2 million of euros). The project aims at defining an mainstreamed adaptation strategy at urban level. Furthermore he is involved as external expert in the implementation of many Energy Master Plans of various Italian Cities (Ancona,Jesi) and foreign ones (Split - Croatia, Vila-Real - Spain, Sykies - Greece). Furthermore he worked as project manager for other energy/climate change projects such as Portonovo in LED (on public lighting for EE); SPES on the decarbonisation of Sport facilities zones. Speaker and Chairman at several international conferences on Energy, Climate Change, working with leading scientific organizations, universities and international networks regarding the development of European projects on issues of environmental sustainability. He is also a member of the DiploFundation Association as well as of the LocalAgenda21 for Kyoto. Author of numerous publications and articles on the topic of environmental sustainability and Local Energy Planning, collaborates with the Polytechnic University of Marche, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Energy following as the technical research and development of various theses on the subject of Energy Planning. In 2012 he founded the Eurocube (www.eurocubesrl.eu) , a consulting firm aimed at supporting public and private companies in developing and implementing sustainability projects and strategies through EU funds.
