As a dedicated graduate student in biotechnology, I am passionate about exploring the incredible features of the human genome. My interest in DNA led me to immerse myself in advanced sequencing technologies and their applications in biomedical research. I consider myself a science enthusiast in the broadest sense, driven to contribute to scientific progress and to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms that govern the universe and the living organisms that inhabit it. Therefore, my strong interest in Astrobiology got me interested in the biology of extreme environments, and in the discovery of the still-unknown genetic mechanisms to better understand how life on Earth has taken hold.
