As one of the youngest Area Manager at one of Amazon's largest Fulfillment Centers in Italy, I lead a team of over 60 Associates and Problem Solvers, focusing on improving operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards. In 2023, Maserati Corse made a strong comeback in motorsport with its entry into Formula E, the development of a GT2 car, and a track-only supercar. During this period, I contributed to key projects that involved cross-departmental coordination, logistics management, and strategic event support.Key contributions included:- Department Coordination: Aligned multiple departments to streamline communication and ensure project goals were met.- Logistics Management: Managed the logistics and tracking of vehicles, ensuring quality standards throughout development.- Event Activation: Supported Maserati’s Formula E partnership with MSG, enhancing brand engagement through high-profile events.- CRM Program Development: Contributed on the development a CRM program tailored for Maserati's exclusive clients, focusing on enhancing loyalty and engagement.This internship was a unique opportunity to combine my passion for motorsport with hands-on experience in brand revitalization and project management within a renowned automotive brand.

Impact Student Club is an association that aims to explore how innovation in business, financial, political and non-profit systems can best catalyze long-term social impact. We pursue cultural goals, in particular we aim to promote and explore unconventional ways to address social challenges at global and local level. We believe that the managers of the future must become aware of the importance of the impact generated by the projects implemented by companies. With Impact we would like to bring concrete examples of entrepreneurs who are revolutionizing the way of doing business and raise students' awareness of the essential skills in the baggage of a manager who operates in the logic of sustainability and the circular economy.

I took part of the Virtual Project-Based Internship Competition, hosted by The Asia Institute and the International Business School of Suzhou at Xi’an Jiaotung Liverpool University (XJTLU, China).For this project I had to work with students from all around the world on finding sustainable solutions for an existing company, competing with other teams that had the same task.With this project I've developed different skills related to communication and team work but also I've obtained some experience related to foreign companies and foreign culture.
