- Coordinate the reporting for gas&power activity in Belgium, France, Hungary and Greece; - Budget vs actuals analysis: sales, P&L and cash flow; - 4 year plan and forecast elaboration; - Evaluation of business opportunity (M&A);- Economic evaluation for technical investment.

Directly reporting to Planning Corporate Director, in charge for:- economic validation of the main investment project of the Eni group;- top management/board communication (word doc/presentations);- ensuring the authorization process (final approval by CEO/Board).

- Deep quantitative/qualitative analysis on global gas market dynamics both on trading side competitions (pipe vs LNG) and on resource type (conventional/unconventional/on-offshore); - Develop, in collaboration with consultant (WoodMackenzie), Eni's global gas model to support the company in specific investment decision and scenario elaboration; - Coordinator of the internal gas study team to support the Strategy Day preparation (held to Eni Board Members);

- Assess business opportunities (economic and strategic evaluation); - Elaborate position papers;- Prepare presentation and speeches to support the top management in public occasion; - Represent Eni within CERA/WoodMackenzie workshop and multi-client studies on LNG and unconventional gas.

Zobele Instruments China - a new branch of Zobele Group - is located in Shenzhen and has more than 1000 workers .My task, as a stagier, were to prepare the montly and quarterly reports and setting the procedures to introduce the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
