Currently working as Automotive PQM at EM Microelectronic in Switzerland covering, among others, the role of APQP champion for the whole company. Quality representative during the product development for automotive and critical products. DFMEA and PFMEA AIAG/VDA 5th edition facilitator for these products.Consolidated and large experience in Product Quality gained within top tier semiconductor companies such as Texas Instruments, Micron Technology and SMIC with more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductors arena.Led several multidisciplinary teams to initiate and implement the zero-defect strategy, developed process such as MRB (Material review Board), CRB (Change Review Board) and participated as stakeholder to the development of the NPI/NTI (New Process and Technology introduction) process.I have developed strong relational skills dealing with customers to get their quality requirements (to transfer and analyze their acceptance criteria within the NPI team) and to manage RMA from the field.PERSONAL PROFILEMarried, with 2 daughters, I am a passionate traveler loving visit new places, exploring new cultures and meet people. When possible, I like to relax cooking and play tennis. Naturally curious and willing to get challenges, I use to be proactive, loyal, reliable and available in any case. I speak Italian (mother tongue), English and currently learning French (get A2 certification as per today)
