We convinced some investors thanks to the excellent feedback from our users who loved the app. However, the company shares were too widely distributed, and the founder would have had to close and reopen the company. After closing, he decided to take a break, and we did not continue. On a practical level, I handled almost everything as the founder and I were the only full-time members of the project.Most significant personal achievement: Reduced the Time to Value from 3 days to 30 minutes.Another significant personal achievement: Uncovered the target customers' desired outcomes, and subsequently prioritized the next steps based on the opportunity score (importance + (importance - satisfaction)). As a result, acquisition improved by 77%. -
