I am a mechanical engineer whose primary language is made up of numbers and formulas, but who has learned the value of words, especially during my experience in the patent field. What I do: 🔧 💻 🚗 ⚙️ Since September 2022 I have being holding the role of “Testing Lab Director” at LINK Engineering Company – Italian Lab in Magenta (Milan area). LINK designs and manufactures customized, high-precision test equipment and it’s a global leader for Equipment & Testing Services for Brake Systems. I oversee all Lab activities to provide the best testing practices to help customers developing their products and systems.In my previous experience I was the "R&D Testing Manager" at DAYCO – Powertrain R&D in Ivrea (Turin area), managing a group of 17 people working in a department comprising 42 test benches for more than 170 test stands.How I do it: 🔬 ⚖️ 🤝 😃I am analytical but open to unconventional solutions, I know how to make deeper investigations but never ignoring the overview and complemented by a strong lateral thinking. I am curious and with a strong aptitude for innovation and I like to work in a team, lead and motivate members to achieve the set goal.And now you may think: “OK, everything nice and fine… but I am here for the background image!!!”.
