Electromechanical and Mechatronics internal cabin components for Off-Highway vehicles: thanks to the long and consolidate COBO experience in this fields and the help of a skilled and agile team that constantly growing up, I manage the development of the whole products portfolio of the Cadelbosco Plant.

Automotive & Innovative Push Project Manager: my first role in COBO Group.

In March 2012 I started a new experience at Horustech srl, a designing, engineering and producing mechanical, electrical and electronic systems company, with the capability to run and manage the project from the concept to the final production.Since the beginning I had the opportunity to set up and coordinate the R&D Department thanks to my past experiences, and thanks to new opportunities I have the possibility to improve my kwnoledge in the Automotive field, such as the development of Lighting System for 2 and 4 wheels vehicles.

I had a long experience in ZADI spa between 1992 to 2012, in a crescendo of complexity and responsibility in parallel to the Company grow up. I started like a mechanical engineer until to be the responsible of the R&D Department. Trought this long period I could get a good know-how about Automotive products and their typical environment. Coordinating a team of about 15 mechanical and electronic engineers, at least plan, do and check are my main job, giving them anyway my design experience in the first phase (I'm the inventor of seven patents).Daily contact with customers, suppliers and partners allow me to have a good overview of the full product development cycle: for some period I've been also responsible of the Test Laboratory and the Process Development Department.The continuos innovation typical of the Automotive market, brought me to change some mechanical products in to mechatronic ones, obtaining a good experience on electronic embedded system integration.So, over the years I have acquired a deep experience of issues related to the implementation of electromechanical product or mechatronics systems typical of the automotive industry, especially in the Motorcycles fields, with customers like BMW, Ducati, BRP (Bombardier), Piaggio, Honda, Yamaha, etc.
