Training Specialist
Current- Analysis of mandatory and safety training needs- Alignment with corporate ASPP and RSPP- Monitoring mandatory training deadlines- Compulsory training organization- Analysis of professional training needs- Analysis of strategic training needs- Identification and organization of training interventions must be with the training needs and in line with the company productivity needs- Relationship management, support and operational assistance with colleagues who will attend the courses- Management of relationships, activities and support with educational institutions, consultants and teachers- Management of training plans financed by inter-professional funds- Alignment with Personnel Management function- Work closely with all BUs to identify and meet employee training needsTARGETS AND RESULTS- Recovered days of delay for legally mandated training deadlines: from over 1,000 days of delay to zero in 6 months (for over 70 employees)- Analysis of strategic competencies and training needs, which led to a clear corporate training roadmap, included in the 2023-25 business plan approved by the Board of Directors- Around 2,000 employee-hours of training are planned for 2023
