Member of the ITSM Governance team for the management of the project conducted by the Lombardy Region for the rationalization of the data centers of the Lombard public health authorities. Responsible of the management of contracts for internet outsourcing solutions and services.Specific objectives and responsibilities:• Project Manager for the technological infrastructures of different types of Internet projects. I am responsible for the planning and coordination of Internet infrastructures and applications set-up in high availability h24; responsible for the timing of the projects (between 20 days and 1 year); management of the evolution of projects (minor and major changes) concerning the service level agreement of the contracts and cooperating with the Account Managers function for the contract duration (3 years).• Responsible for the Profits and Losses of the projects.• Managment of the relationships with the Client, Operations team, System Integrator Company and the external suppliers.• Teamwork with internal personnel and consultant stuff.• Active participation in the Steering Committee of the projects.

Under my direction I had Account managers team and technical stuff (13 persons) working for network environment projects, WAN, remote access, Microsoft NT solutions.I directed application and infrastructure projects to be sold to clients and concerning: Internet, Networking, NT server solutions, ERP solutions

I managed teamwork of internal stuff and consultants working for functional definition and software development.• Cobol language programming for the purposes of Payment applications (Bancomat, Pos, Eurocheque), bank to bank network;• Excellent knowledge of mainframe environment (CICS, MVS/XA) projects using Oracle and DB2 database.
