The internship was divided between a legal and a commercial framework, focusing on every phase of the contract of selling and maintenance of civil aircrafts and military drones, with institutional and retail customers. I attended and actively participated in the negotiation phase, drafting of contract, execution phase cooperating with other company departments and contract management. Cooperating with the General Counsel and the Chief Commercial Officer I had a crucial role in implementing the compliance on 185/1990 law "Export, import, transit of military products", in order to obtain the related authorizations from the Ministy of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defence. I acquired crucial managing skills, actively cooperating with white collars of each company department, executing legal, commercial, organizational tasks as business planning, corporate procedures, customer care, having a very good feedback and a proposal to keep working after the stage.
