I have been in the hospitality world for almost twenty years, I love this world and I try to improve myself to grow how much is possible.I have always done this job with passion and dedication, covering various roles as: owner of a bar, bartenders in the best hotels in the world, bar manager and even sommelier.I have always been able to understand and satisfy the requests of all customers and give the best experience possible. I have focus for the details and achieve the target and maintain the GP in the correct balance with the creation of the menu. I have worked in many countries around the world where I learned languages and different ways of working.Throughout my career i have always tried to blend extreme quality with excellent service, always putting the customer's needs in the foreground.I love the world of hospitality and i strongly believe in teamwork, at every service I am present to encourage the guys to do better and better, in fact the expression is lead by example.
