As Lead for Strategic Projects & Rotating Equipment at Bilfinger, I am responsible for the successful execution of internal lean projects related to organizational transformation. My deep expertise in lean methodology allows me to optimize processes and ensure efficient project delivery. Central to my role is the collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and coordination with both internal and external partners. I have also completed the Bilfinger Global Leader Program, which has reinforced my commitment to strategic leadership. In the realm of rotating equipment, I manage projects from inquiry through to commissioning, while also supporting global business development efforts to expand our market share across various regions.In my previous role as a Reliability Engineer, I drove significant improvements by analyzing production processes and implementing predictive maintenance strategies, including the development of asset health matrices, criticality analysis, and best practices for static equipment. Organizing and executing turnarounds and shutdowns for periodic inspections taught me valuable lessons in patience and resilience in challenging situations.Following the completion of my "Technical Management Program," I began my professional career as a Production Manager for a rapeseed refinery, including the utility unit (water purification, steam boiler, and wastewater analysis). This position introduced me to employee management and provided firsthand experience in cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, projects, logistics, EHS, and quality teams, while also reporting financial performance to senior management.This diverse experience underscores my expertise in plant reliability and strategic management. With a strong emphasis on leadership, lean management, and operational excellence, I am dedicated to driving value in my projects and advancing the company's objectives.
