Finally, I was in charge of organizing team members to accomplish tasks with given deadlines and scheduled milestones, arranging meetings to discuss weekly tasks, work productivity and organization feedback from my colleagues.Description of the job:We are working in the development of a full electric racing motorcycle, we started with research: learned about the systems that were involved in electric vehicles that were different from combustion vehicles; then we have been designing, choosing and validating our work based on books, papers and experts in the automotive industry that we knew in college, such as professors and teachers, to have feedback and fullfill the requirements that MotoStudent has in order to compete in their global competition.As for me, I have done all the previous steps inside the Battery System team, in which I am the system's Chief since August 2022 and plan to continue working in the project until August 2023.
