-Lead the development of the product roadmap to provide a high level strategy that outlines the vision and direction of the product offering over time, as well as translate product roadmap into projects and communicate effectively the strategy to team members;-Coordinate design engineering, LRU lead integration engineering, manufacturing engineering and test engineering activities for products;-Responsible for coordinating design to cost, sourcing, quality, manufacturability, maintainability and compliance initiatives for the products;-Develop and maintain market knowledge necessary to update product roadmap;-Ensure compliance to the product development process as product architect, oversee theactual development of the product, coordinate and oversee OBS, PBS, WBS and assign workpackages to a cross functional team;-Address product backlog by creating and maintaining the list of activities to be performedwithin the project and map out the project dependencies to define the necessary sequence ofdevelopment;-Implement structured approach to manage changes, ensuring thorough and smoothimplementation;-Achieve cost reduction by the elaboration of various strategies which will lead to effectivemonitoring of field issues and reduction of warranty claims and identification of costreduction opportunities by design changes; and-Accountable for the product Key Performance Indicators, project gate adherence, recurringcosts and non-recurring costs, product weight and performance, product safety.

-New development of Aircraft Passenger Seats based on Airframers and Customer requirements. -DFMEA, DFM Development focused on Customer needs and Production lines requirements increasing productivity and reducing Engineering errors.-3D Modeling of detail parts and assemblies using CATIA V5.-Engineering Drawing creation based on Internal and airframer requirements using CATIA V5 maintaining 100% compliance of standards.-FEA of assemblies and detail parts using Inspire & SimSolid to identify High stress concentration & excess deformation of parts reducing risk to certification test failure.-DV results analysis to define structural integrity of the aircraft seat and identify permanent deformations and potential risk of failure avoiding late design changes that delay program schedule.-Design Reviews development for product improvement, mitigation of risk to fail certification tests resulting in robust designs.-GD&T analysis and Tolerance stack ups to ensure good assembly performance with different parts and programs reducing production line and quality issues.-Engineering Design for Machined, Injection Molded, Vacuum Formed and Sheet Metal Parts-Liaison support to production lines.

-Development of DVPR (Design Validation Plan and Report) and PVPR (Product Validation Plan and Report) to certify product quality and ensure compliance of OEM/Customer specifications/requirements reducing testing cost as much as possible.-Certification Test plan creation based on design changes according to customer specifications for DV and PV program phases ensuring 100% compliance with customer requirements.-Certification test procedures and set up creation based on customer requirements reducing testing errors by 97%.-MER (Manufacturing Engineering Report) analysis to ensure production parts are reliable for DV and PV testing reducing product certification time by 5%.-Project Management from NBO (New Business Opportunity) to Production stage for new products.-Engineering drawings revision and approvals for production.-DRBFM development to identify risks when making design changes and evaluation of risks to determine a good certification test plan increasing testing plan effectiveness by 98%.

-Design of Machined, Vacuum Form, Injection Molded and Sheet metal parts for product improvement and new product development reducing cost as much as possible with high product quality.-Engineering Drawings creation using CATIA V5 for product improvement and new parts.-Engineering support to production lines when issues stop production to keep the line stopped for no more than 24 hrs to reduce cost impact.-New product/Design changes implementation to production lines according program schedule.
