- Responsible for the process of designing and manufacturing customised mechanical spare parts for the paper, chemical and petrochemical industries.- Development of modern reverse-engineering technology for mechanical surveying and reproduction of parts installed in production facilities.- Management of clients and suppliers to create and maintain solid working relationships with them.

Responsible for designing and producing centrifugal atomising rotary machines with retractable heads and related spare parts. Clientèle: food industry (food & dairy), pharmaceutical, chemicaland environmental in mainly international markets.- Management, coordination and allocation of labour to meet production planningschedules in line with customer expectations.- Supervision of daily manufacturing activities via communication and effective leadership.- Effective management of production activities, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time.- Management of technical and manual documentation to be supplied with the machines produced.- Determination of appropriate team requirements, scheduling for employees and collaboration with the Human Resources team to meet variable production schedules.- Development of relationships with customers and suppliers with the aim of establishing long-term business growth.- Management of a portfolio of 50 clients, with price negotiation, sales terms, service contractsand other bid specifications.- Enhancement of marketing exposure via effective management of website content and direct correspondence with potential customers.- Examination of clients’ business issues and objectives to provide appropriate solutions.- Product development to increase quality and specialised know-how via collaborations with institutions and universities of a scientific and technological nature such as the Italian Experimental Electrotechnical Centre and Polytechnic University of Milan. Collaboration with the Mechanical Department of Polytechnic University of Milan to develop and release software to study and control the vibrations of the rotating atomiser system.- Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge and information on the best technological practices in therelevant sector.
