Our five-member team negotiated prices with carriers to try to get all the loads covered. Check called and dispatched carriers while organizing the brokers chart. Conducted 40-80 calls per day.

I managed the fitness center and excelled in customer service by listening and responding to their wants/ needs. Daily tasks included washing, sorting, and organizing all towels and fitness linens. I also engaged with the members by remembering their names to build camaraderie.
