I served on several complex progams/projects as Senior Program and Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert, for systems integration for Automotive, Bank, Travel & Transportation, Government and Telecommunication industries, in Italy and abroad, in international and multicultural environments, managing business engagements, relationship with customers, suppliers and third parties.I have managed relationships with Italian and international customers, suppliers, third parties and IBM cross countries diverse Line of Business. I have been on international assignment as an expatriate with my family in Istanbul, Turkey, where I managed IBM's Business with local banks and mobile operators.

I started as analyst and IT Architect in 1996 and from June 1999 until January 2001, I had the responsibility to start up and manage the Milan branch of the company. From 1997 to 1998 I worked for Ericsson in Rome as Subject Matter Expert at the Corporate Web Competence Center.I was the tutor of Fundamentals of Informatics II (Object Oriented design and C++) at Rome University “La Sapienza”, Computer Science Engineering. I was Assistant Supervisor for two dissertations on the Artificial Intelligence matter of Case Base Reasoning applied to “Distance Learning”.

While attending at Computer Science Engineering studies, I managed a family owned firm in retail and later I worked as teacher for Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at public and private high schools.
