I must be diligent to ensure my sales team stays current with our fast paced industry and provides a consistently high level of service. I have a constant stream of comunication and feedback with all departments in the company to ensure that our inventory is accurate, product mix is current and proper for our market, our technology is functional, our merchandising is in line with the standards set, our logistics meet the needs of our customers and our accounting is beyond reproach. As an unconventional thinker and complex problem solver, I am quick to turn potential issues into opportunities and am able to identify and maximize all opportunities to enhance our business.I also believe strongly in supporting the communities we belong too, and have found ways to maximize the impact of a generous community budget supplied by Henry's supporting big and small charities, awards and scholorships in Halifax. I was also involved in the conception and administration of "Pixels for Pistols", a gun amnesty that resulted in over 1100 guns and 10,000 rounds of ammo being turned in to Halifax regional police which resulted in myself and Henry's being co-recipients of the Halifax Regional Police dedication to duty award, of which I was the co-recipient.
